We are nurse practitioners who are board-certified in psychiatric treatments and provide person-centered care. We believe in building a trusting relationship with each client. We provide compassionate mental health care to all clients regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or political preferences.
Natural Treatments
We believe that your mental health depends on more than just prescription medications. Natural treatments and therapies can augment the effectiveness of medications or provide alternatives to those who prefer them.
Healthy Lifestyle Practices
Healthy lifestyle practices are scientifically proven to improve your mental health. When used with medications and therapy, the benefits are often doubled. We can help you integrate these practices into your daily life when the time is right.
Referrals and Collaboration
We believe collaborative healthcare is important to provide you the best holistic treatments. We have a select referral network of specialized therapists to help you find the one that fits your needs - AND will collaborate with your existing therapist if you choose.
Who we are
We believe good mental health care is necessary for a good quality of life. There is often a disconnect between where we are and where we want to be - which often stems from depression, anxiety, stress,and/or trauma. Treating these symptoms allows us to align our internal minds with our external lives, closing the gap between intention and action.

We’re sorry - but we are not accepting United Healthcare at this time. However, we would be happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for your own reimbursement.
